1. General

In addition, ODIQ may automatically collect communication data such as telephone numbers, email addresses, dates, durations, times, and costs of communications for services provided by ODIQ and its affiliates, partners, or industry associations.

ODIQ may use and analyze your personal data for purposes including but not limited to:
- daily operation of services provided to customers;
- processing orders and providing information about purchased products, events, and services;
- keeping you informed about ODIQ’s latest offerings;

5. Withdrawing Your Consent
Your consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data remains valid until withdrawn in writing. You may withdraw consent by submitting a written request or emailing our Data Protection Officer.
ODIQ will process your request within a reasonable time, typically within ten (10) business days, and inform you of any consequences of withdrawing consent.
Depending on your request, ODIQ may not be able to continue providing goods or services and will notify you accordingly.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect ODIQ’s right to collect, use, or disclose personal data without consent where permitted by law.
6. Access to and Correction of Personal Data
You may request access to or correction of your personal data by submitting a written or email request to our Data Protection Officer.
A reasonable fee may apply for access requests, which will be communicated before processing.
ODIQ aims to respond to access requests as soon as reasonably possible, generally within 30 days. If unable to comply, we will inform you of the reasons and expected timeframe.
Correction requests will also be addressed promptly, generally within 10 days. ODIQ will inform you if the correction cannot be made and the reasons why.
- Access and correction requests will not be approved in specific cases including but not limited to:
- opinion data kept solely for evaluation;
- examination scripts or results before release;
- data related to beneficiaries of private trusts or arbitration proceedings;
- documents related to ongoing prosecutions;
- personal data subject to legal privilege;
- confidential commercial information;
- data collected without consent under legal exemptions;
- repetitive, unreasonable, or frivolous requests;
- data that could threaten safety or reveal another individual’s data.
7. Retention of Personal Data
ODIQ retains personal data only as long as necessary for business purposes or to meet statutory or contractual obligations, including for investigation, detection, and prosecution of crimes. Personal data will be securely destroyed when no longer required.
8. Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Data
ODIQ keeps your personal data confidential but may disclose it to:
- ODIQ subsidiary websites;
- contractors, agents, or suppliers involved in delivering products and services;
- third-party service providers supporting business operations (e.g., administrative, telecommunications, payment services);
- law enforcement, government, regulatory bodies, or courts as required by law;
- any other parties as required by law or regulatory guidelines.
